These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Windhollow website and the financial education and advisory services we offer. By visiting our website or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before booking a service. If you have any questions, we are happy to discuss them before you proceed.

2. About Windhollow

Windhollow is a financial education and advisory practice based in Bangkok, Thailand. We provide educational consultations, insurance portfolio reviews, and personal financial planning services to individuals.

Our services are educational and advisory in nature. Windhollow does not sell, distribute, or arrange financial products, insurance policies, investment instruments, or any regulated financial product on your behalf.

3. Nature of Our Services

Windhollow provides financial education and general advisory services. The information and guidance provided in our sessions is intended to help you understand your financial situation, evaluate options, and make more informed personal decisions.

Our advisory sessions do not constitute:

• Regulated financial advice under Thai law
• Legal or tax advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific financial product or investment
• A guarantee of any financial outcome

All decisions made following a Windhollow session remain your own. We encourage you to seek professional legal or regulated financial guidance when making significant financial commitments.

4. Booking and Payment

Services are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices for each service are as published on our website at the time of booking.

Current service fees are:

• Financial Peace of Mind Consultation — ฿3,000
• Insurance Portfolio Review — ฿6,500
• Five-Year Financial Horizon Plan — ฿18,000

Fees are inclusive of session time, written deliverables (where applicable), and any follow-up correspondence directly related to the completed service. Fees do not include any external professional fees (e.g., legal, tax, or financial product providers) that you may engage independently.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. The following terms apply to rescheduling and cancellations:

• Rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice: no charge, subject to availability
• Cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice: full refund
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee applies
• No-show without notice: the full session fee is forfeited

For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be rescheduled subject to these terms. Refunds for unused sessions in a package are considered on a case-by-case basis.

To reschedule or cancel, please contact us by phone or email as early as possible.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during advisory sessions with strict confidentiality. Details of your personal financial situation will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by Thai law.

Session notes and written deliverables are prepared for your personal use and are not to be shared publicly or used for commercial purposes.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure you receive the most value from your sessions, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service engaged
• Bring any relevant documents (e.g., insurance policies) to sessions as requested
• Attend sessions at the agreed time or give timely notice of any changes
• Acknowledge that final decisions based on session guidance remain your responsibility

8. Limitation of Liability

Windhollow provides its services with care and professional diligence. However, to the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Windhollow's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to any claim.

Windhollow is not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made by clients based on advisory session content, including situations where circumstances change after a session has been delivered.

9. Intellectual Property

All written materials, frameworks, templates, and documents created by Windhollow and provided to clients are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or adapted without written permission from Windhollow.

Website content, including text, design, and structure, is the property of Windhollow and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for reference. We are not responsible for the content or practices of linked external sites.

11. Privacy and Cookies

12. Governing Law
