Do I need to have my finances in order before coming?
Not at all. Most clients come to us precisely because things feel disorganised or unclear. Part of what the first session does is help establish where things actually stand — no preparation needed beyond showing up and being willing to talk.
Are these sessions confidential?
Yes, entirely. Everything shared in your sessions remains between you and your advisor. We treat financial information with the same discretion a medical professional would extend to a patient — with care and respect.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held at our office in Ekkamai, Bangkok. We can also accommodate online sessions via video call when in-person attendance isn't practical. Please mention your preference when you enquire.
How long does each session last?
The Financial Peace of Mind Consultation is a single extended session, typically running 90 minutes. The Insurance Portfolio Review consists of two sessions of around 75 minutes each. The Five-Year Horizon Plan involves four sessions, each approximately 90 minutes, spaced over several weeks.
What is the payment process?
Payment is made in full before the first session. We accept Thai bank transfer and major credit cards. An invoice will be provided upon request for record-keeping purposes.
Will Windhollow sell or recommend financial products?
No. Windhollow provides education and advisory guidance only. We do not sell insurance policies, investment funds, or any financial product. Our only incentive is giving you clear, useful information.
Can expats or non-Thai residents use these services?
Yes. All sessions are conducted in English and our team has experience working with both Thai nationals and international residents. We understand the specific considerations facing people navigating finances across borders or within the Thai system as a foreigner.
